No. 80 Lunch Express at Dream Café

There's just something seductive yet comforting about a warm popover fresh from the oven. Dream Café knows this and they're using it against us.

OK, fine, they're not using it against us, per se, but we're totally allowing them to lure us in with popovers over and over again. Cool thing is, Dream Café's popovers aren't restricted to the socially accepted breakfast or pre-dinner eats. They're anytime finds. And they're what make the Lunch Express one of our favorite things to snag mid-day.

Choose pesto chicken salad (our fave for it's shreds of chicken loaded with basil flavor), chicken chopped Caesar, Greek chopped salad and hummus or tuna salad, and it comes stuffed right inside the eggy pastry. It's both hand- or fork-appropriate--you know how we love our options. Better yet, it comes with a cup of soup (call ahead and see when corn chowder is on the menu).
