We warned you earlier this summer that this would happen. If you haven't picked up tickets to BrewFest and you were hoping to score VIP, you're out of luck. They've sold out. This is sad news if you're not holding a premium ticket right now and you're hankering for some time at BrewFest this weekend. The good news is that there are plenty of general admission tickets for sale, and if past events have proven anything, general admission attendees seem to leave the event as drunk as the VIPs. BrewFest is an equal opportunity to imbibe event, you know.

The final tally includes 110 beer booths featuring 436 beers. And with 28 of those booths featuring local breweries, you'll have a solid chance of meeting your favorite home-team brew-master. Live music and food will be featured, too.

Ticket prices have gone up, but there's still a way to save some dough. Buy four tickets for $125 and you'll save a total of $55 off the purchase price, while three of your friends will think you're the greatest person ever (at least for one evening). They'll probably hold your place in line at the Peticolas booth while you go to the bathroom, and fetch you a pretzel necklace for when you need a little nosh between beer sips.

Get those tickets before midnight or they'll go up again at the door. Then secure a designated driver and get ready for the booziest day the Dallas Farmers Market has ever witnessed. BrewFest is Saturday, September 12, from 7-9 p.m. That's tomorrow, in case you haven't noticed.
