NYLO's S'mores Crunch Cocktail is inspired by the classic White Russian, but with a delicious bite thanks to the locally produced whiskey. Chocolate syrup
Graham cracker crumbs (or crushed graham crackers for a coarser texture)
1.5 oz. Kahlua Pumpkin Spice
1.5 oz. Red River Whiskey
1.5 oz. heavy whipping cream
1 marshmallow (for garnish)
Ice
Pour chocolate syrup onto a small plate and graham crackers on a separate plate. Dip the rim of a glass in the chocolate syrup and allow excess to drip off. Dip the chocolate rim in the graham crackers to coat thoroughly. Pour Kahlua and whiskey in the glass over ice, then pour the whipping cream over a spoon to create a float on top of the other spirits. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
