One of the original Henderson Avenue cocktail spots, Capitol Pub, recently came out with a slew of new cocktails to add to their beer-heavy offerings. Among them is the Psycho Killer. Delightfully simple and light, this little cocktail could be your best friend during those relentlessly smoldering summer months.

Whip it up at home or stop into Capitol Pub because, well it’s easier. And they have an awesome patio.
