East Hampton Sandwich Co. is opening its new location in Plano's Shops at Legacy on Wednesday, just in time for you to don flannel, drink cider and do whatever else it is that people in the Hamptons do when they aren't inhaling lobster rolls.

Founder Hunter Pond hoped to open the Plano location by the end of summer, but better late than never. The new spot will have the same menu of ritzy sandwiches as the University Park location: Meyer lemon chicken, asparagus and gruyere, fluffernutter. The priciest item will still be the lobster roll with microgreens and butter drizzle for $16. Rounding out the fare are salads, seasonal soups, a bag of house-made doughnuts and of course booze.
