Dallas' newest steakhouse, perched on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole where Nana once resided, opens tonight. The cavernous restaurant radiates masculine elegance; it's decked out in dark woods and dominated by a grey and brown color-scheme that's accented by a splash of color (mustard high-back chairs and red votive candles are scattered throughout). Floor-to-ceiling window panels enclose the dining room, providing guests with a panoramic view of the city. (We suspect the view is more impressive at night than on a smoggy Monday morning).

The menu offers everything from sushi to steak, boasting items like hamachi "crudo" sashimi, house-made foie gras torchon, salmon with roasted onions, asparagus and soy glaze, and the whopping 26-ounce prime porterhouse served with Maytag blue cheese butter. There's also a sides menu that offers comfort food like mac and cheese with house-cured bacon, creamed spinach with fried onion gratin and onion rings served with house-made ranch dressing.
