The Rosewood Mansion On Turtle Creek, the world-class five-star, five-diamond restaurant, six-cubic zirconia, three-lithium...never mind. The much awarded destination will serve a wine dinner from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, featuring the culinary creations of executive sous chef Eric Brandt paired with selections from California's LIOCO.

LIOCO, which takes its name from the surnames of founders Matt Licklider and Kevin O'Connor, was founded with the idea of showcasing the qualities of California's best grapes without the distraction of oak. Going against the grain, as it were. Licklider will be the host of the dinner.

The dinner is a steal at $125 per person--typical Mansion price cutting. That includes tax, gratuity and valet parking for your 1987 Ford Taurus.
