Poor breakfast, it's the most overlooked meal during the holidays. Sure, you're having a huge lunch or dinner, but you're going to need something to nibble on while the kids unwrap presents and trash the living room. Go to Sur La Table today for a do-ahead holiday breakfast class at 11 a.m. and learn how to make seasonal fare that can be prepared in advance of Christmas. Instructors will demonstrate recipes for French toast casserole, Gorgonzola and onion quiche and crepes filled with salmon and goat cheese. Make these dishes on Christmas Eve and you'll have one less thing to worry about during the chaos of Christmas morning.
