Midnight Rambler, the cocktail den tucked beneath The Joule's opulent lobby, took a flowery approach with its spring 2017 cocktail menu, which focuses on florals with "floral essential oils, hydrosols, extracts, honeys, pollen, roots, and dried flowers ... anchored and enhanced by botanically bright gins, floral pisco, fruit brandy, vermouth, and sparkling wine," according to the bar.
