    One more follow-up to the red-light camera ruling: Moments ago, Kevin Lightfoot, vice president of corporate communications for Affiliated Computer Services, shot us his company's statement concerning 192nd Civil District Court Judge Craig Smith's order of November 19.     Yesterday, shortly after State District Judge Craig Smith reaffirmed his earlier ruling that Affiliated Computer Services's red-light cameras violate a state law requiring an investigations license, I e-mailed Kevin Lightfoot, ACS's veep of corporate communications, for a comment.
