A team that leads the league in penalties, can't get in sync on something as simple as the center-quarterback snap, and allows the longest back-to-back running plays in NFL history with Texas Stadium's legacy on the line, just doesn't seem poised to flip a switch and play a disciplined, dominant game when it counts.
