Righteous Foods, a café in Fort Worth's Cultural District, aims to make eating healthy hip, one organic wheat berry at a time. There may not be any wheat berries dotting the line items on Thursday night's menu, but it still sounds healthy in a Mediterranean, polyphenol-dense kind of way. The three course dinner features Fratelli Colletti Sicilian olive oils, which are distributed by a family in Fort Worth, and will be paired with Sicilian wines. Dishes included shrimp and flan (made from olive oil), day boat scallops with parsnip puree (and olive oil) and peppered Niman Ranch beef. Dessert will include gelato made from -- you guessed it -- more of that delicious, delicious oil. Dinner is $95 per person.

The in-movie beer flight will include Mother Pucker, Hole Lang Syne New Year's brew, Rapture Fusion Brown Ale, a-Off With Your Red hopped red IPA and 10/6 English IPA.
