Next month's Supper Club, our monthly dinner and music series with local chefs, is showcasing the raw meat talent of Chef Tim Byres of Smoke.

Later this week, we'll post Chef Tim's menu for those lookin' to get their Supper on (as well as hear some good tunes from Austin string band MilkDrive) on Thursday, June 9.
