Last year Scott Romano defended his title against challenger TJ Lengnick, and this year he's going for a turkey. Victory may not be as easy this go around though as this year's challenger is Matt of FT-33.
Surely, you've heard of McCallister's work at his popular Design District restaurant. He's been awarded four stars from The Dallas Morning News and is beginning to garner national attention for his fresh creative takes on modern cooking.
