No fine dining experience is complete without salmon, asparagus, mussels and foie gras. At Gordon Ramsey at Claridge's restaurant in London, diners expect to pay the equivalent of $240 each for a table in the kitchen. This restaurant, however, isn't that kind of pricey, perhaps because the tables simply adjoin the kitchen.
