Andy Park and Oh Kwon's first vehicle was one of the first to hit the streets of Dallas, and they've been garnering a loyal following ever since. Now they have two sets of wheels dispatching double-stacked tortillas packed with spicy, sweet meat all over Dallas.
It's the kimchi fries that get me going most. I've tried renditions at many popular Korean fusion restaurants and most of them make use of store-bought, frozen spuds with no skin and no character.
