On Saturday evening Texas Theatre hosted a screening of the classic Japanese comedy Tampopo, which was recently restored and released. To match the film's plot about a pair of Milk truck drivers who help a small restaurant owner learn how to cook traditional ramen, Texas Theatre brought in Lucia chef Justin Holt to operate his famed ramen pop-up, serving cold ramen before the film and hot ramen afterward.
