Dallas Rocks Gala with Smokey Robinson, Barbara and Jenna Bush

The Dallas Rocks gala at Union Station featured a performance by Smokey Robinson, and the presentation of a "Rising Star Empowerment" award to Barbara and Jenna Bush.
