Gaga Training: No, Not That Gaga

Gaga Training: No, Not That Gaga

No meat dresses required. Participants don't have to be familiar with a certain lady. Gaga has a silly name, but it predates the pop star and is a serious form of exercise and body training that mixes dance and movement to strengthen the body, add flexibility and stamina, and engage the imagination. Being free and silly are perfectly fine, according the founder of Gaga, Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin. Dallasites got a taste of Gaga recently at Arts Mission Oak Cliff, and photographer Brian Maschino was there to capture the moves.
