What's So Scary About Dallas Haunted Houses Three haunted houses, two demented clowns and one joker later, the mission is complete. We traveled up and down Interstate 35 to find the spookiest, creepiest and bloodiest haunted house experience around. Zombies chased us at Screams in Waxahachie, clowns tormented us in at Dallas' ScareGrounds and we barely made it out of Lewisville's Parker House alive. If you only make it to one haunted house this season, here's our guide. Photos by Sarah Johnson.
