Bravo, Dallas. You really blew us away this Halloween, costume wise. From Darth Vader to Waldo, Cedar Springs Road became host to thousands of costumed participants in the Dallas Halloween Block Party on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010. Hosted by Cavern Enterprises, the event put to rest the question of what's possible in the realm of imagination.
