Full recap on Unfair Park:A (Fake) Mass Shooting at Valley View Center Meets Dallas Fire-Rescue's Rapid Response

The Dallas Fire Department held a mass casualty drill at the Valley View Mall in Dallas on Tuesday. Drama students from Dallas Lutheran School portrayed the dead and wounded inside the mall, a result of a gunman gone on a shooting rampage inside. Nearly 60 EMS officers from multiple departments arrived on the scene to participate in the drill which included performing triage and transporting patients via ambulance and Careflite to local hospitals. The Dallas Fire Department performs between three and four real-life mass casualty drills per year. Participating departments are observed and graded based on their response performance.
