The Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Law activists, gathered at Dallas City Hall on "Cinco De Mota" (mota is Latin American slang for weed), May 5 2012, in an effort to "end to the drug war and the violence associated with marijuana prohibition around the world."
