A few things we expected at this year's wine & dine:
- A gluttonous array of custards from Wild About Harry's
- Enough wine to get the Green Giant drunk
- Booths with pyramid-like stacks of samples
- Donuts
- Lots of spices
- Garlic-infused things
- Man donning fake mustache to go back into dessert line as if "1st time"

And it delivered. Among the participating eateries were Kenichi, The Place at Perry's, AMPM, Melting Pot, and Wild About Harry's. Wednesday, April 14, the Dallas Observer hosted its 4th Annual Wine & Dine at the Fashion Industry Gallery downtown. There was live music, wine, beer, spirits, and yes (oh GOD, yes) samplings from 30 area restaurants.
