The From-Scratch Pies at Emporium Pies

Megan Wilkes and Mary Gauntt, the girls behind Emporium Pies, primarily focus on two pies at a time. They use local ingredients as much as possible. Their pop-up shop opened in Bishop Arts during the Mardi Gras celebration; photographer Sara Kerens was there to capture the event.
