President George W. Bush and other speakers gathered today at the groundbreaking ceremony for the George W. Bush Presidential Center at the SMU campus in Dallas, Texas. The Center, which will be completed in 2013, includes the George W. Bush Presidential Library and the George W. Bush Institute. Speakers included Reverend Mark Craig, Chair of the George W. Bush Foundation Board of Directors Donald L. Evans, President of the George W. Bush Foundation Mark Langdale, Archivist of the United States David S. Ferriero, President of SMU Dr. R. Gerald Turner, SMU Student Body President Mr. Jake Torres, Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Former Vice President of the United States Richard B. Cheney and Former First Lady Laura W.
