From rich Indian curries dressed over plates of chicken and jasmine rice to creamy Mozzarella cheese spread over fresh bread, local Dallas food vendors showcase bites of their restaurant's flavor at the 2013 Dallas Observer Iron Fork event on Wednesday. The event included a live chef challenge, food tasting, live music and wine, beer and cocktail samplings. A portion of the events proceeds benefited March of Dimes.
