The People of the Walmart Strike

1 of 39

This week's strike is part of an escalating battle between OUR Walmart, an employees' group backed and funded by the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, and Walmart, which is famously anti-union. Workers are protesting low wages, poor benefits, arbitrary cuts to hours and the general suckiness of working at Walmart. On Thanksgiving and Black Friday, over 60 or so people showed up to protest at 3155 W Wheatland Rd Dallas, TX 75237. Photographer Danny Hurley was there to capture the men and women of the walmart strike.

I'm just saying, but that guy on pic #1 looks like the POSTER child for Walmart employee's!  He doesn't even know where he is, let alone proper treatment, or employee/employer relations. Wait until Walmart fires you turds, and see what you feel like then.

The disgruntled Wal-Mart employees could always seek other employment.  I know I would never work for Wal-Mart for the reasons those folks dislike the experience.

Most people wouldn't or don't for that reason.......it is what it is!  My suggestion, quit now disgruntled WM workers, and walk across the street to Kroger, and get a job/.
