Tom Jenkins -- "Our Food Guy"

Tom Jenkins didn't just shoot delicious food every week for The Observer, he also shot several items for last year's Best of Dallas Issue. But around the Observer HQ, he'll not only be remembered for his kind and genuine demeanor, he'll be remembered for being "our food guy" - making some of the more mundane entrees seem delicious and beautiful.
