Rangers Fan Fest: Baseball Fans Brave a Cold Day at the Ballpark

Following in the footsteps of countless visiting players, kids got a chance to round the bases Saturday.
The Rangers opened up the Ballpark in Arlington and let fans run the bases, field fly balls in the outfield and pay $5 for a hot dog on a frigid mid-winter day, Saturday, January 24. All-Star Josh Hamilton and other players spoke to fans or signed autographs.

OK now... this is my grandson Ethan Wood and I am so proud of him. He's been an outstanding player for a number of years now. His dad calls me all the time to report just how well he is doing and I love hearing about him. Sure wish Arlington was a lil bit closer so one day I could be at his games cheering him on. You keep up that good work and put everything you have into it ok?? I love you and Zacharty with all my heart and do noty.. I say do not ever forget that. Promise??? All I know is I am very proud of these 2 grandsons of mine.Take care you 2 pro stars and keep having your dad tell me what is going on ok?? LOve you both, Nana and Papa
