On Monday night, Wabi House on Greenville Avenue hosted a pop-up event jam-packed full of people, collaborators and flavor in celebration of the Year of the Monkey, with special menu items at lucky numbered prices. Chefs from Wabi House, Monkey King Noodle Company, Uchi Dallas and Fort Worth's Shinjuku Station were on hand to cook for the lucky ones who snagged seats — dedicated diners showed up by 4:30 p.m. and some diners waited hours for a bite.
