Gone are the days of innocent Barbie play. Now, kids have those Bratz dolls—which are basically hoes-in-training—and Little Ashley ends up at an oral sex party at age 11. It was only a matter of time before the advent of My Own Private Diva, which bodes the end of civilization. My Little Pony? They’re cute. But you can’t ride them. The new My Own Private Diva? Ride her all night long. At least, here's hoping today's twisted toy developers don't hear about Terry Dobson's latest play, My Own Private Diva at Theatre Three, or they might actually get inspired to create a doll who bitches, moans and requests that her dressing room be filled with 927 vanilla-scented candles and midgets. The show runs 7:15 p.m. Sundays through Wednesdays through April 5 at 2800 Routh St., Suite 168. Tickets are $25 to $30. Call 214-871-3300 or visit theatre3dallas.com.
Mondays-Wednesdays, Sundays, 7:15 p.m. Starts: April 2. Continues through April 5
