Down the Hatch

Being a fan of chiles isn't always easy. Lots of sweat, tears and glasses of milk are involved if you've got a serious obsession. Lucky for you, Blue Mesa admires your loyalty to being a hothead. Blue Mesa Grill's 15th Annual Hatch Chile Fest is offering the biggest and baddest damn-that-is-hot chiles you could ever ask for. A special menu featuring signature chile dishes will be offered throughout the end of September, or until the last chile is devoured. Dinner is free for children, $14.95 for adults. Join the festival at any area Blue Mesa location. To see which restaurant is closest to you visit
