Get Stuck on Art

Starting to feel a tad embarrassed by that Lisa Frank sticker-covered Trapper Keeper you’re still sporting at the office? Don’t ditch the Trapper Keeper (how else would you possibly stay organized!), just upgrade your sticker collection. On Saturday, head to Strangeways for Zitta and Swank’s Stick ’em Up, Slap ’em Down sticker art show. In addition to showing their work in one of our favorite bars, Kevin “Zitta” Frazzitta and Martin “Swank” Kohl are offering a cheap, fun and accessible way to take home some of their work. For $5 you can snag two sticker versions of their original pieces. The event starts at 7 p.m., so come early, grab one of Strangeway’s many beers on tap and get a head start on your sticker collection upgrade. The event is free. Strangeways is located at 2429 N. Fitzhugh Ave.
