Get Your Football Fix Everyone loves a good football game on New Year's Day. You’re hungover. The sun hurts your eyes and people are screaming in your ears for the men in padded jerseys to run faster. Who would want to miss out on all of that excitement? Big 12 co-champion Baylor will play Michigan State at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in this year’s Cotton Bowl Classic. Basically, a bunch of Baptists will take on the Spartans. Sounds like the beginning of real gorefest, does it not? And even if you’re not into football, it’s at AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington), so there will be plenty to eat and drink to help rid you of your New Year's Eve hangover.
