The
Kids Observation Station at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary is a lot less creepy than it sounds. Kids are wild sometimes--ever seen siblings fight over the TV? But the Kids Observation Station is actually an interactive observation program for children age 16 and younger, from 2 to 4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays at 1 Nature Place in McKinney. It's included with admission ($8 for adults, $5 for kids 3-12). Call 972-562-5566 or visit
heardmuseum.org.
Fridays, Saturdays, 2-4 p.m. Starts: June 20. Continues through Aug. 31, 2009
