How well do you know Dallas history? We're not talking about conspiracy theories or assassinations. Although we're not not talking about those things. The Dallas Historical Society wants to delve into the other things that comprise this city we call home. They host numerous events throughout the year to bring curious citizens up to date, delving into the nitty, gritty nooks and crannies. At 6 p.m. Tuesday head to the Hall of State at Fair Park (3939 Grand Ave.) for Happy History. This week the free event focuses on wheeling and dealing that led to the establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. And if there's one thing we know Dallasites are interested in, it's money. More information at dallashistory.org.
