Sometimes reality is scarier than fiction; especially when that reality is liquored up, filmed, edited and filtered through your television. The Quarter Bar is hosting a Reality Bites Halloween Party and Costume Contest from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, complete with Stoli Honey BooBoo shot specials and live music by Fingerless Ghosts. Reality stars Bon and Whitney from Big Rich Texas will be on hand to judge costumes, so be sure to use the fakest hair, lashes and breasts possible to achieve the perfect likeness to your favorite housewife, bachelorette, idol or top model. If you have culinary aspirations, bring your game face, because casting directors for Fox’s MasterChef will be on hand for mingling and schmoozing. The Quarter Bar is also giving away three front-of-the-line passes for the MasterChef auditions, which are Saturday at Le Cordon Bleu.
