Keg Stand and Deliver

If you skated out of college with a C average or quit entirely after your third freshman year, chances are you excelled at something. And that something is beer pong. Landing a pingpong ball in a cup of beer is a highly developed skill, and if you’ve acquired it, well, have I got an event for you. It’s the official North Texas Beer Pong Association’s Battle of the South. Beer pong players from all over the country will descend upon McFadden’s (4050 Belt Line Road in Addison) this weekend to compete in up to five events — Battle of the South Main Event featuring teams of 10 players, King and Queen of the South, Coed, Precision Tables Cash Tournament and the Masters of Beer Pong Satellite Competition. In the interest of avoiding stomach pumps, all games will be played with cups of water. Care to throw down? Head to northtexasbeerpong.com.
