Lance Rock Your Socks Off

Face it, if you're the parent of a preschooler, your car is probably littered with Cheerios and your home covered in tiny, sticky fingerprints. During a hectic day, it's nice to park the kid by the television so you can enjoy a glass of mommy's special grape juice. But with all the crap on television, it's hard to know if your child is watching an educational cartoon or another sponge-in-underwear series. There's one show for preschoolers that parents and even your stoner nephew in college can appreciate. Yo Gabba Gabba!, the Daytime Emmy-winning program on Nick Jr., has become quite the sensation because of its celebrity guests and catchy music. With songs like "It's Fun to Brush Your Teeth" and "Don't Bite Your Friends," the colorful Gabba gang teaches your child that being a snot-nosed jerk on the playground just isn't cool. Now, DJ Lance Rock and the crew from Gabbaland are heading to Frisco for Yo Gabba Gabba! Live!: There's a Party in My City! The interactive show features music and dancing, along with special guests Biz Markie and rockers Toubab Krewe. The kids will love it, and so will you. Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! comes to the Dr Pepper Arena on Sunday for two shows at 2 and 5 p.m. For tickets and more information, visit
