Do you remember all the fun you had in the 1970s? If you do, chances are you didn’t have enough. You didn’t spend enough time rotting your brain with flashy disco music, fashion that could put someone’s eye out and a stockpile of narcotics. Make up for lost time as Viva Dallas Burlesque kicks off its new season at 9 p.m. Friday at Lakewood Theater with a That ’70s Show theme that producer Shoshana said their fans have been clamoring for them to do for years. Show regulars such as Donna Denise, Pixie O’Kneel, Reya del Sol and Sweet Darla Danger will don their flashiest pairs of platform shoes and bell bottoms just so they can take them off for you all over again onstage to the sights and sounds of the Me Decade. Lakewood Theater is located at 1825 Abrams Road. General admission floor seats are $23 in advance and $25 on the day of the show; balcony tickets are $20 in advance and $23 on the day of the show; table seats are $35; VIP top tables are $180.
