Might Fine Gets Sublime

A man standing in the scalding Texas sun, sporting a mid drift T-shirt with pit stains and back hair sticking to his skin isn't what you would call picturesque. Fortunately for you, Mighty Fine Arts (419 N. Tyler St.) is featuring some delicious eye candy for your viewing pleasure with Heidi Lingamfelter: Fluid Sublimity. Lingamfelter's recent work found its muse through nature and is on display for your refined taste. Lingamfelter uses a wide variety of mediums, ranging from sandpaper to grass, in her embossed prints. Fluid Sublimity is an exhibit that will have you taking double, even triples looks. The show runs through July 17. For more information contact 214-942-5241 or visit mfagallery.com.
Saturdays, Sundays. Starts: June 4. Continues through July 17, 2011
