Putting The “Do” in Dowdy

Dowdy Studio is run by a screen-printing married couple that’s so freaking cute that you’ll want to puke. And guess what else? Their tees, prints, pillows and other creations are even cuter. On Saturday, their mobile shop, the Dowdy Studio Wagon, will be popping off for a big ol’ Holiday Par-tay. They’ll pull the parking brake at 10025 Garland Road, right next to Goodfriend and Good To Go Taco, so you can join them. Stop by from 4 to 9 p.m. to browse and buy hand-printed wares, snack and sample Noble Rey beer. Want more? OK. How about a custom T-shirt bar and a photo of you with Dowdy logo legend Mer-Jack, who’ll be decked out in all his holiday finery? As an added bonus, Dowdy neighbor Napkin Art Studios will also be on-site, selling screen-printed posters and holiday cards. Final bonus on a bonus on a bonus: Five lucky attendees will win their favorite Dowdy tee. Learn more at dowdystudio.blogspot.com.
