That Magic Moment

Forever Plaid is the story of four singers—Sparky, Smudge, Frankie and Jinx—who are on their way to a big gig when their cherry-red Corvette is broadsided by a school bus full of Catholic teenagers. As is customary, the God-fearing go unscathed while the rock 'n' rollers are doomed to a doo-wop-filled purgatory. See Forever Plaid live at the Flower Mound Performing Arts Theatre, 830 Parker Square, through December 23. For more info go to fmpat.org.
Thursdays, 7:30 p.m.; Fridays, Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Sundays, 2:30 p.m.; Sat., Dec. 23, 2:30 p.m. Starts: Dec. 7. Continues through Dec. 23
