Those kids in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe have all the luck. Not only do they get to go on an epic adventure full of talking animals and magic, but they also get the best Christmas presents ever. A sword and shield, a bow and arrow that never miss, and a magical healing potion? Grandma’s sweaters look pretty lame in comparison. At least one can get some vicarious pleasure by watching Kids Who Care Inc’s production of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. This musical adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ children’s classic tells the story of Peter, Susan, Lucy and Edmond as they explore the magical world of Narnia and ultimately battle the evil White Witch. The show’s final performance is today at the Scott Theatre, 3505 West Lancaster Ave. Show times are 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $17 or $20.
