If the Dallas Observer's Brewfest is anything, it's a dynamic event. The first few years the sudsy celebration was held at the zoo until someone threw a can of Dale's Pale Ale at a flamingo and our editor out-wrestled a gorilla. Then we moved the event to the Arts District where things felt more classy and there was significantly less poop smell. This year Brewfest moves to the Farmers Market, another location where there will be plenty of room to move around and "sample" so much beer.
Actually, we're expecting more than 150 beers, which is far more than one human could possibly "sample," so you could really make a day of it.
The event isn't until September 13, which is pretty far away, but if you purchase your tickets now, you can save a little scratch to put towards your summer keg party fund.
