While we were busing sweating eyeballs at Lucero, Dallas friends St. Vincent and Neon Indian were in Chicago for Pitchfork Music Festival. We certainly weren't ignoring them. It was just too hot to blog (or do much of anything but watch the outdoor stage) from the outdoor stage. If you were there, holy hell, you remember.
Anyway, we were able to nab some photos from photographer Jason Stoff--who shot a whole heck load of stuff at Pitchfork Fest--including some classy shots of Neon Indian and Annie Clark ripping in the (slightly cooler?) Chicago fest.
Jump for a few more samples, and catch Jason's slideshow for more photos. Also, if you're feeling saucy, you should head over our Westword in Denver for their slideshow: The Women of Pitchfork. PF fans: they deftly avoided the "h" word.
