The folks up at the festival formerly known as NX35 have today announced a few more of the acts they plan on hosting in Denton as part of their four-day, pre-SXSW bash in mid-March. And a couple of them are pretty big -- especially if you've been paying any attention to those oh-so-enticing year-end best album lists everyone's putting out these days.

The four adds announced today in a press release issued by the people behind 35 Conferette: Los Angeles-based, harmony- and tribal- obsessed indie rock outfit Local Natives; Minneapolis-based, '80s-aping super-collective Gayngs (which features some 23 musicians in entirety, including Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and rapper P.O.S. -- it's unclear how many and which performers will appear in Denton); Chicago-based lo-fi folk act How to Dress Well; and punk rocker Dave Smalley (of Down by Law and Dog Nasty fame).

(Update: Turns out we forgot to mention these other names listed in the most recent press release: No Joy, Maneja Beto, Hooray For Earth, Drew Andrews & the Spectral Cities, In Tall Buildings, Hosannas.)

Not a bad pull at all, really. No, in all honesty: This thing's shaping up quite nicely. Check the full list of performers after the jump.
