We begin this morning, like last, with talk of tearing out another freeway -- only this one's a done deal. On the other side is a brief video just posted by the folks at Spanish road-builder Ferrovial and its subsidiary Cintra, in which the majority owners of the about-to-commence LBJ Express redo show-and-tell an audience about the managed toll lanes about to be sunk beneath 635, which is expected to take five years.
