Only, claims the dude, in 2005 he accidentally hit a third pole -- one that was actually part of the D&B, which, says the suit, "caused and allowed the hazardous condition to exist on its premises for an unreasonably long period of time." Like Gerald Ford, I believe the Poles are an independent and autonomous people. --Robert Wilonsky
